Greg McEvoy is a lover of harmony, twangy guitars, familiar melodies, a good shuffle, growling organ, silky falsettos and a simple turnaround. He doesn’t sleep much and when he does it’s usually under a blanket of kittens. It’s hard to sleep when you can’t stop writing, and when your head is full of the unfinished. Luckily this self-imposed insomnia is a benefit to us all, leading to his debut EP ‘Sea of Yards’. Folk rock? Roots? Hints of prog psychedelia in a finger picked love song? The living room of his mind boasts all of this, take a peek through the keyhole and enjoy yourself.
